Deposits
$100 (per person) of every deposit is non-refundable.
This means that if you pay one deposit for both you and your partner, $200 is non-refundable.
All refunds will be given via check and mailed out within 15 business days of receiving your request along with the proper name and mailing address of the individual requesting the refund.
Once you have paid your deposit, your partner must have a deposit paid within 30 days to secure your cabin. Failure to do this can result in a forced cancellation of your reservation. (30 day timeframe must be prior to January 1, 2022)
Every Attendee Must Have a Partner
Rates are per person, per cabin, based on double occupancy. Basically, all attendees must share a room with a partner that is also attending the cruise.
Payments
All final payments are due by January 31, 2022
All individuals taking advantage of a payment plan must make payments by their scheduled due dates. If an individual misses two consecutive payments their account will be subject to administrative cancelation and their partner will have 30 days to secure a new partner to avoid administrative cancellation of their account. (30 day timeframe must be prior to January 1, 2022)

Proof of valid passport is due by May 31, 2022.
Failure to provide proof of valid passport by May 31, 2022 may result in an administrative cancellation of your account and puts your partner’s account in jeopardy of administrative cancellation as well.

As of now, Royal Caribbean is asking for proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR test and vaccination to attend their cruises.
Exceptions to this rule may be possible, but such requests must be made through Royal Caribbean. We do not have any authority in regards to testing or vaccination rules.
